This is a gorgeous piece of Chrysocolla Cuprite, also called Sonora Sunset or Sonoran Sunrise.
The blue is Chrysocolla, the red is Cuprite.
This colorful semiprecious gemstone material is from the Milpillas Mine in Sonora, Mexico.
Chrysocolla is known as a healing stone among Native American Indian cultures where it was used for strengthening the body's resistance and bringing about calm feelings where there is upset.
